The Training

For the past 22 years, intensive TaKeTiNa rhythm teacher trainings, designed to maintain high standards, have been held for small groups of committed students. Today TaKeTiNa is successfully used by more than 200 certified TaKeTiNa Rhythm Teachers in music universities, rehabilitation and psychotherapeutic clinics, corporate training programs, theatre schools and elementary schools worldwide.
Scientific research has substantiated that TaKeTiNa can lead to:
• profound states of relaxation and vitality
• enhanced heart rate variability
• enhanced networking of the two brain hemispheres.
The research leading to the results mentioned above was conducted 2008/2009 with the following
scientists and physicians from European Universities:
Dr. A. Lohninger, Autonom Health GmbH,
Univ-Prof.Dr. Klaus Felix Laczika, Medical University Vienna
Dr. Michael Ueberall, Institute for Neuroscience, Germany

• develop the skills and qualities of a true leader,
