The TaKeTiNa process works equally for beginners and for professional musicians.
For beginners and intermediate musicians the main focus of learning will be surrendering control, developing profound rhythmic orientation and discovering archetypical rhythmic building blocks.
For professional musicians TaKeTiNa provides a path towards developing „groove“ and „flow“ in their playing.

It has become apparent, that people suffering from psychosomatic diseases such as tinnitus, cardiac arrhythmia, high blood pressure or asthma found relief from their symptoms after being in the TaKeTiNa process.
Initially it was assumed to be coincidental. The results found by our research group indicate that these health improvements are actually enhanced by the TaKeTiNa process.

TaKeTiNa can be applied in many different forms of therapy. Practical experiences with TaKeTiNa have been made in psycho therapy, in pain therapy, in the work with drug addiction and in the re-socialisation of prison inmates.
TaKeTiNa can be used as therapy itself. It is also effective as preparatory work for a therapeutic session. Dr. Wolf Buntig, founder of Zist/Germany, has invited TaKeTiNa rhythm teachers to assist in his therapy practice for more than ten years. |

For four decades many people have discovered TaKeTiNa as their personal path. Those who have walked it for many years report great improvements in relationships and also in their ability to stay present, relaxed, and vital. Through sensuous rhythmic experiences TaKeTiNa provides a pathway into states of consciousness that are essential for all forms of inner practice: joy, inner silence, and presence through being in the Here and Now. |

TaKeTiNa enhances essential qualities needed in the daily life of any decision-maker: competence in dealing with complex situations, effective „chaos management“, multilayered perception, and profound inner calmness in stressful situations. TaKeTiNa opens core qualities of a leader. Just as the proverb says: "The chief will not be recognized by his size, but by his state of serenity". With these qualities a leader will be able to guide his team though any difficulties. |
